Home & Garden Television announces that Key West has been chosen as one of the featured cities for season four of the wildly successful, half-hour series called National Open House airing Monday nights on HGTV. The producers of the show, Pie Town Productions and HGTV have chosen local real estate Broker Rudy Molinet of Marquis Properties Realty as the real estate expert to host the Key West segment. This is the second time Key West has been chosen for this nationally televised show which will compare homes in different price ranges locally and with two other cities. In each city, real estate experts profile their local markets and highlight the typical features found in homes at a variety of price ranges. Proud homeowners invite viewers into their homes and show us around. Best of all, the show lets the viewer experience homes throughout the USA and meet the actual owners! Rudy Molinet was selected after interviews and auditions with several Key West realtors. He was chosen because of his experience, successful track record, sincerity and ability to communicate a passion for Key West real estate. The episodes were filmed during the first week of February 2008 and will air towards the end of the year or beginning of 2009. |
