Rudy Molinet began his real estate career as an investor in the mid 1980's with the purchase of his first property in South Florida. He purchased his first property in Key West in 1994.

Rudy was a top producing Realtor for Carson Realty Group prior to opening his own firm: Marquis Properties Realty. He is a full time Realtor and Resident of Old Town, Key West.
Rudy is a graduate of Columbia University in New York City where he majored in Health Care Administration. Prior to his career in real estate Rudy worked in health care first as a Registered Nurse and then as a sales and marketing executive. His last position was as Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing for CVS/ProCare.
Rudy was born in Cuba and emigrated to the United States when he was six years old. He grew up in New York City and moved to Florida in 1987. Rudy is married to his partner of 14 years Harry Hoehn who is co-owner of Marquis Properties Realty. Rudy and Harry have 14 nieces and nephews.
Rudy is a member of the Board of Directors of The Rotary Club of Key West, The City of Key West Tree Commission, and is on the Board of Directors of The Key West Association of Realtors.
